Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for an Business Analyst: XPS to join their team in a full time capacity. You will...

• Utilize XPS (SCT Software) and Connectship systems to analyze transportation data, identify trends, and generate insights for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, carriers, and suppliers to gather relevant data and requirements, ensuring seamless transportation operations.
• Work with weigh scales, Zebra printers, and scanners to ensure accurate measurement, labeling, and tracking of shipments, complying with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Leverage SAP / Scale Manhattan knowledge and experience to integrate transportation processes with the broader supply chain and financial systems.
• Program and develop custom labels and documents using XSL scripting to enhance functionality and automation of transportation systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity with Connectship, SAP, Scale Manhattan, and custom solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new transportation management systems, hardware devices, and SAP modules, ensuring smooth transition and effective utilization.
• Stay informed about transportation regulations, compliance requirements, industry trends, and advancements in Connectship, Zebra printers, scanners, SAP, Scale Manhattan, programming languages, and custom
development, recommending necessary adjustments or improvements.

Must Have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation logistics, with expertise in Connectship systems, weigh scales, Zebra printers, scanners, custom label, and document development.
• Knowledge of SAP , Scale Manhattan and XPS (SCT Software) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex transportation data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in using transportation management systems, Connectship with a demonstrated ability to navigate and extract meaningful information from these platforms.
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Programming proficiency in C++ or .NET or VBA is preferred.
