- Lead one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives or programs / release trains
- Practices the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement
- Support and educate Product Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining and managing product backlog
- Provides coaching of team members, Product Owners, Product Development Team, other Scrum Masters and PM community
- Facilitates sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives etc.
- Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change at all levels
- Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery
- Coach, mentor, and support other Scrum Masters that will be assigned to teams in iterative product development, including following the Scrum Framework, communicating effectively, managing conflict amongst team members, identifying and removing impediments, and applying self-organization and shared leadership with the team
Related Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering (advantage)
- SAFe Certification and Scrum Master (must be willing to get RTE certtification.
- Led Multiple Agile Release Teams in Agile/SAFe methodology
- knowledge of PI planning and have have done presentations to the executive level.
