Our client is a leading wealth management shop.

The role:  
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions is part of Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) leadership team and is responsible to support the Strategic and Tactical Objectives of the firm directly engaging with the Executive Committee. The Senior Manager also provides thought leadership and will be specifically accountable for:

  • Business Analysis
  • Project Governance
  • Project Planning and Resource management
  • Project Portfolio Management
  • Project Change Management
  • Benefits Realization
  • People Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of Business Analysts by providing coaching, mentoring and professional development of team members.
  • Support BA project delivery and documentation standards
  • Lead, inspire and evolve the Business Analysis team
  • Recruit and onboard Business Analysts
  • Provide Business Analysts with guidance, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure that they are able to accomplish their performance goals
  • Conduct employee performance management: goal setting, monitoring, evaluation, and appraisal
  • Develop KPI tracking mechanism to provide insights into business value assessment
  • Develop and maintain periodic and ad hoc reporting packages, including scorecards and relevant dashboards
  • Perform BA capacity and resource forecasting and planning based on the data on current projects resource utilization and projects in the pipeline
  • Develop and manage project portfolio tracking process, templates, and tools
  • Support project portfolio governance, including processes, roles & responsibilities, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support project delivery methodology, including project management, and business analysis processes, templates and tools required to meet departmental and firm-wide goals

Must Have:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis
  • 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning and Benefit Realization.
  • 10+ years of experience in a management role with direct reports, with activities related to professional and career path development, coaching and performance management
  • Proven experience in standing-up a centre of excellence, including development and rolling out of standards, processes, and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Project Portfolio Management framework and governance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management, Business Architecture and Business Analysis methodologies and tools
  • The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
  • Understanding how strategic approach to processes and capabilities enables achievement of organizational goals
  • Experience in Business Architecture would be an asset and the ability to apply Business Architecture principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
  • Adept in development of proposals, presentations, dashboards, and other material targeting executive-level audiences
  • Experience in Wealth Management domain is an asset


  • University degree/college diploma in Business or Finance
  • Canadian Securities Course is an asset
