Candidates should have the following skills:

  • proven technical background to programmatically resolve support related matter & small / mid size projects.
  • Solving complex, technical problems in the customer environment. In some cases, it may be necessary to understand the customer business problem and propose alternative solutions.
  • Utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, while supporting customers via web, telephone, ticket tracking system or email and demonstrating a high level of customer focus and empathy.
  • Have a strong understanding of technology and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement / delivery guidelines to ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Collaborate across teams to address technical issues, leveraging other resources from Development, Design, Training, Sales and Account Management.
  • Ability to research, gather information, and create solutions.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail and commitment to updating support tickets & related documentation.
  • Skilled multi-tasker, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Demonstrate high level of proactivity, teamwork and strong ownership.
  • Passion to learn new technical & soft skills with the goal to continuously improve Customer Success. Ideal required work related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in Technical Support or as a Full Stack Developer (ideally in a Saas model environment with a CRM).
  • Strong technical / development experience that includes documentation/technical writing.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent job experience 3-5 years of experience in Entity Framework, SQL Server.
  • 3-5 years of experience with HTML/DHTML/Bootstrap/ XML/XSLT/CSS design.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Asp.NET MVC and WebForms
  • 3-5 years of experience client-side Web Frameworks like JavaScript, JQuery, JQueryUI, AJAX, JSON.
  • 3-5 years of solid hands-on .Net Framework, C#, Code, test, document, configure and debug solutions in .Net Framework in Visual Studio environment.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC.
  • Readiness and motivation to address and resolve highly complex and multifaceted development-related issues, often independently.
