As Senior CRM Functional Analyst, you will be a key team member of our Application Support Team in our Technology department, helping to provide analysis and support for the business.  This position will be concentrated on providing support, reporting and development for our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 2 application technical support across functional areas including Clients & Services, Marketing, and Level 1 Business Unit Subject Matter Experts
  • Gathering requirements and documenting changes and new requests
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
  • Assisting in extending CRM application functionality utilizing core Dynamics CRM functionality and third-party add-ons
  • Ensuring application availability through application administration, identifying and correcting problems, working with IT groups on break/fix issues
  • Operational analysis and reporting as required
  • Maintain application solution consistency across Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environment
  • Participating in the testing and rollout of new enhancements
  • Creating and supporting functional documentation
  • Various other tasks related to supporting the firm’s CRM as required



  • Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, HTML/CSS and reporting tools
  • Database design and querying using MS SQL
  • Comfortable working with range of end users (individual and group settings) to gather requirements
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM application functionality, and configuration considered highly valuable
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable experience working with cross functional teams

  • Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
  • Strong command of the English language
