Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking for a Conference Center Specialist who is used to working in a large, complex environment. They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, and implement and maintain functionality to support service delivery and alignment of teams where multiple services/systems come together for client users.

  • Provide day to day support and proactive maintenance of the Conference Center technology equipment and end-users
  • Create and help maintain documentation on all maintenance activities including any equipment changes and incident reports
  • Prepare and stage systems for testing as applicable
  • Assist with company meetings/functions that require use of conference room technology
  • Set up audio conference, laptops, presentation equipment etc. This includes but not limited to conference calls, town halls, webcasts, screen sharing, TV projections, etc.
  • Ensure that all on-site conference center technology systems are fully operational on a daily basis
  • Conduct system maintenance as scheduled and work with vendors as needed
  • Exhibit helpful, customer service-oriented attitude with team members and end-users
  • Remain calm yet communicate (and act) with a sense of urgency when end-user has an urgent matter requiring resolution

Must Have:

  • Ability to read AV drawings for tier one troubleshooting
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues related to Audio, Network, Video and Hardware
  • Experience with control and A/V equipment such as Crestron, Polycom, Cisco, BIAMP
  • Broadcast experience such as Global Meet, OBS Studio and Microsoft Team Live
  • Experience with major AV technologies and vendors
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of Cisco Webex suite of products
  • Knowledge of fault diagnosis of Crestron, Telepresence, and other video conferencing equipment
  • ITIL Methodology
  • High degree or familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: Windows 10, OSX, iOS, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Local Account Management, Installs and removals, Registry, Command line, Service management systems, System Management Tools,  and VPN
