Our client is one of the global leaders in information management solutions and is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to help drive organizational vision for industry leading growth and increased market share using technology as an enabler and difference maker.

This role will require hands on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)

  • Focuses on the customer experience within the SN portal and providing self-service capabilities
  • Be responsible for the implementation, ongoing enhancements and support of the various portal components including case deflection methods Virtual Agent, Knowledge Base, Communities as well as Case creation and the mobile app
  • Build custom widgets as required

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including:
  • - Customer Service Management
  • - Communities
  • - Virtual Agent
  • - Mobile app
  • - SSO
  • Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of web site security requirements

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience (ServiceNow certifications)
