Play a critical role within the enterprise as a functional team member of the SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) Visual Scheduler implementation project.



  •  Learn the SAP Plant Maintenance template, SAP mobile solution, PowerBI Analytics solution and SAP Visual Scheduling (MRS) solution
  • Lead workshops with business and IS stakeholders to communicate/define  solution design, identify gaps and propose solutions
  • Perform fit/gap analysis and recommend solution to identified gaps
  • Develop, work with development team and test WRICEF functional and technical specifications
  • Configure SAP Plant Maintenance, learn and understand MRS configuration
  • Create, prepare data, and execute Unit Testing and SIT scripts
  • Review, prepare data, monitor and assist end users with UAT script execution
  • Provide guidance on Plant Maintenance, and Visual Scheduler topics during SIT and UAT
  • Resolve defects identified during unit testing, SIT and UAT
  • Develop and update training material, SOPs, cheat sheets, guides and manuals
  • Develop, prepare and execute performance testing of solution
  • Define, validate and test security design and business roles, and implement solutions to any gaps identified
  • Work with SAP and business team to develop, implement and validate changes to existing mobile solution
  • Work with business and business analytics team to define metrics, functional and technical specifications, prepare test data and validate PowerBI metrics
  • Work with the change management team to define and execute the CIA, FMEA, plant readiness and adoption strategy
  • Work with the master data team to develop data load tools using Winshuttle and other technologies
  • Work with business and the master data team to transition legacy data to SAP through data extraction, collection, transformation, enhancement, cleansing, conversion into load templates and load into SAP
  • Identify, execute and manage cutover tasks including but not limited to job setup, legacy data reconciliation and upload, configuration
  • Provide knowledge transfer/training to other team members
  • Document solution and meeting minutes
  • Train end users on SAP, Visual Scheduler, and mobility template solutions
