? Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
? Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder and change management meetings.
? Document and following up on actions and decisions from meetings.
? Work with business unit Project Champions and stakeholders to prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and report on project progress.
? Ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner, and escalations and/or changes are actioned appropriately.
? Provide administrative support as needed.
? Assist in developing and creating project strategies.
? Ensure that projects adhere to standard frameworks and all documentation is consistent and maintained appropriately for each project.
? Track and assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
? Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
? Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
? Participate in all aspects of testing cycles (Conference Room Pilot/User Acceptance Testing/System Integration Testing)
? Support training efforts, during project and post project implementation.
? Provide input, document requirements, process creation and support the design and delivery of training programs.
? Will provide the assistance and guidance, coaching support as needed by business or Information Systems team.
Skills & Qualifications
? PMP Certified (Experience with Agile – nice to have)
? Experience within the property management industry or using corporate real estate systems (highly desired).
? Experience with financial systems (e.g. Voyager, SAP, MRI, JD Edwards).
? 5+ years’ experience with project/change management for a large ERP implementation.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Highly self-motivated and directed.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environments.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Confidence and the ability to positively influence peers and management
? Great people skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
? Critical thinking skills – you are strategic and are comfortable challenging assumptions and recommending the implementation of new ideas and strategies
? Ability to travel on short notice (nice to have)
? Experience and ability to discuss both Private versus Public cloud
? Experience and ability to discuss Software as a Service (SaaS)
