Responsibilities:

• Manage global IT, business and vendor relationships related to program deliverables
• Drive program risk, issues, constraints, monitor dependencies, and key decisions to resolution working closely with key stakeholders
• Play a pivotal role in shaping our future technology roadmap for building out a direct to customer business via digital self-serve
• Contribute to EPMO delivery best practices from a technology standpoint to help build sustainable maturity in delivery practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a similar role
• Hands-on Agile Program Delivery experience
• Experience managing digital program deliveries

Nice to have:

• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Atlassian suite
• Understanding of P&C Insurance applications
