SAP SD Functional Support

Duration: Short term contract with chance to move to permanent employment 

Must Have :

• 5 -7 years’ experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancement implementations, with a focus on SD
• Experience in generating and delivering business process definitions, gap/fit analysis, pre-implementation workshops and blue printing.
• Experience in a fast paced support environment with hands on experience in successfully delivering results
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD is required
• Experience with IDOCS/EDI
• Understands ECC landscape and interfaces to CRM and BI systems
• Additional exposure to SAP CRM 7.0 is a plus
• Additional exposure to BI is a plus
• Additional exposure to Mobility platforms are a plus
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

 Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production support related tickets and defect fixes.

• Coordinate with third party service providers on production support related daily activities.
• 24/7 availability for severity one related production issues.
• Assist in detail requirements from business users for approved projects and small enhancements to existing projects.
• Provide input to the Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
•  Responsible for writing up Functional Specification Documents for projects/enhancements
•  Perform design for moderately complex projects and enhancements.
• Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure teams, Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured.
• Assist with unit and Integration testing.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Business Users.
•  Assist/coordinate with training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (Analyst to Director
