Our client is a leading education sector client in Oakville.  They are embarking upon a new initiative to establish Project Portfolio Management (PPM) practices. We are seeking a change management expert to introduce new processes, practices and tools – the adoption of which will require significant change management. This is a 6 month contract with a high probability of renewal. 

The Business Change Analyst will have skills and experience in:

• Change Management, particularly John Kotter’s 8 step change model
• Knowledge of higher education operational cycles and constraints
• Prosci, Adkar or other change management certification or training
• Excellent sponsor and stakeholder management acumen
• Excellent MS Office, cloud project tools and computer literacy skills
• Strong communications skills, both verbally and written
• Strong business analysis skills, predominantly in digital transformation, ERP or other large scale process redesign work
• Strong project management skills using a variety of methods (agile, waterfall, hybrid)

The role: 
• Change Management Roadmap creation and updates
• Reporting and preparation of presentation materials
• Team collaboration through daily stand-up, email and project tools, planning meetings with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Documentation design, creation, review, update and archiving
• Workshop logistics, planning, facilitation, evaluation and closing
