  • Lead an Agile team in the delivery of future application development capabilities in response to the needs of the business.
  • Be a champion/ for agile process within the organization; lead and facilitate agile adoption.
  • Collaborating with Product Owner define, manage and delivery lifecycle of one or more products
  • Managing one or more teams of Scrum Masters/Product Managers, Engineers, Test Engineers and BA’s
  • Own solution deliver, lead technical personnel to provide input to functional design and architecture, track and resolve technical issues during build and test phases, and overall to successfully develop and deliver technical solutions
  • The delivery of cross functional development and systems integrated products
  • Defining and managing metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy
  • Identifying and setting up organization structure, development and training plan for all team members


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong CRM implementation experience,
  • Strong people management experience
  • Agile delivery.
  • Experience in onshore/offshore model for project delivery
  • Experience in Web/Mobile development of custom applications using one or more development languages of tools (e.g. Angular, React, Microsoft .Net, Java, Java Spring)
  • Experience in implementing Agile XP, Scrum
  • Experience in product development with Lean concepts
  • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs where you had to the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet your goals
