Our client is located in Anjou. They are a global information solutions company that leverages data, analytics, and technology to transform knowledge into insights in order to make informed decisions. 


  • Provide new and existing customers with the best possible services in relations to account on-boarding, account services, billing inquiries, disputes, service or data requests, suggestions and complaints   
  • Provide post-sales support required to deliver products and services, including installation, delivery, and maintenance
  • Coordinate customer requirements for information and ensure that customer is set up for organization to deliver agreed upon product or service
  • Process Client Implementation provisioning requests
  • Perform quality control on processed requests
  • Support any one of the Client Implementation keyboarding related processes
  • Handle escalation e-mails

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service, client services, and/or customer onboarding
  • Ability to comprehend and use new technologies quickly
  • Ability to multi-task, with consistent attention to organization and details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Bilingual in English and French
