Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future

Purpose and Scope

At ISG Search Inc., protecting the environment is a responsibility we take seriously as a business, and as members of the communities we serve. We are committed to reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, incorporating new business operations to further reduce climate impacts, and reaching Canada’s net-zero targets for direct and indirect emissions across Scope 2 and Scope 3 by 2045.

This commitment reflects our belief that sustainable business practices and long-term successes go hand in hand. We have developed our Net-Zero policy to take deliberate, measurable steps to reduce our environmental footprint, and we will hold ourselves accountable to this target every step of the way.

Governance and Oversight

Our net-zero strategy is overseen by Taki Giourgas; our Executive Vice President, who is leading the charge for our environmental performance and ensures that sustainability considerations remain embedded in how we operate. Our commitments apply to all ISG Search Inc. employees, operations, contractors, and partners. Progress against our targets is reviewed quarterly by our leadership team, ensuring our plan stays on track and adapts as our business grows.

Sustainability in Our Everyday Decisions

Environmental considerations are built directly into our daily practices and how we make decisions. In practice, this means:

  • Prioritising digital alternatives to our day-to-day initiatives
  • Implementing company wide sustainability considerations
  • Holding our offices to progressively lower GHG emissions by 2045

At isgSearch, we place significant weight on environmental impact when selecting partners, our tools, and how our office operates day to day.

Joining Canada’s Net-Zero Challenge aligns with ISG Search Inc.’s long term goals as a business. As we grow, we’ll continue to apply this same lens to future decisions, from the systems we adopt to how our workplace functions.

Net-Zero Challenge participation

Environment and Climate Change Canada confirms that isgSearch is a participant in the Net-Zero Challenge, at the Committed participation tier, with a commitment date of September 11, 2026. The Net-Zero Challenge is a voluntary initiative that encourages businesses to develop and implement credible and effective plans to transition their facilities and operations to net-zero emissions by 2050.
