Here, our goal is to fill in the canvas; in other words, – review your resume, understand your professional background, discover your prime motivators for change, and discuss potential job opportunities.

Next, we may ask you to complete one or more online tests in your chosen specialty. isgSearch employs state of the art Web-based assessment tools to establish aptitudes – employers love this value-proposition!

Given the premium employers place on our ability to assess candidate strengths and devotions, the next step in the process is a face to face meeting with one of our talented recruiters. Here, we’ll explore your education, motivations, and work experience, followed by an in-depth personality assessment and meeting de-brief. In order to create a detailed profile, we will also gather information from one or more of your key references to speak on your behalf.

Based on the conclusions of your candidate assessment, test results, and professional references, your recruiter will then match your profile and background with ideal job opportunities that are most likely to further your career. We will then discuss these opportunities with you, and with your explicit permission and in the strictest confidence, we’ll develop a detailed executive summary which we’ll present to prospective employers.

Once your qualifications have been presented to your employers of choice, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition to your next career; this includes, acting as your agent throughout the interview process, discussing prospective offers, performing final reference checks, negotiating start dates, and consulting with you to tie-up lose ends with your current employer.
