Either A+ certification, OR CCT Cisco routing and switching courses, OR MCP OR IT helpdesk support experience.
Nice to Have:
One of the certifications listed above in addition to 1-2 years of Helpdesk experience.

You will work in a call centre type environment supporting the organizations internal staff in the use of PC based hardware and software, some of which may be proprietary.
